Born in Killeen TX, Sheronica grew up as a military brat experiencing life in different cultures, but her home town is originally Statesboro Ga. Sheronica First started competing in May of 2012 in Kaiserslaughtern, Germany and is now in her 5th year of competing and 2nd year competing as a Pro. Sheronica has always been into some sort of sport with her foundation mainly being in Track and Field. She ran as a collegiate athlete at Georgia Southern University and Liberty University as a Sprinter and Heptathlete. She also has a background in Dance, Basketball, and Cheerleading. Her plans for the future include owing her own fitness wear company along with a training facility for elite athletes of not just the competing world of bodybuilding but in other sports as well.

Split: Monday:chest and abs (30 min walking cardio) Tuesday: heavy leg day and abs no cardio Wednesday: back and 30 min cardio Thursday:biceps, triceps and abs and 30 min of cardio Friday: traps and shoulders (45 min of cardio) Saturday: light leg day such as plyometrics with abs and 20 min of HITT training Sunday: 45 min of cardio and 20 min of abs
