3 Fat Loss Hacks You Should Know About - Do These and Double Fat Loss 🧨

Every so often you run across a person who just seems to lose fatwithout much effort. In fact, it seems like they only diet for a fewdays and then BAM💥 out of nowhere they’re lean!

What is it that gives these “Outliers” the edge?


I’ve come to realize that even though it seems like they’re just “Blessed” with superior genetics and an elevated metabolism, it’s not just that. 🤓


The reality is that they are all doing a few things CONSISTENTLY which lead to fast and effective fat loss. 🔥 🔥


After years of studying these individuals and putting them under a microscope, here are the 3 things I’ve found THEY ALL DO!🔬


  1. Theyall do cardio at least 4-5 days per week. Usually this is moderate tohigh intensity cardio for 30-45 minutes on a treadmill, elliptical,stepper or bike. Most of them stay around 60-70% of their maximum heartrate.
  2. They all follow a moderatelyclean diet. This means that out of 7 days they usually eat clean for 5of those days. (Not Rocket Science!)
  3. They all most drink water and no other caloric beverages.

Note: I’venoticed one other thing, most of their diets are primarily proteinbased with moderate amounts of carbohydrates and vegetables. For themost part they typically stay away from (Fruits, Fruit Juices, Breads, Sugar, and Dairy!) 🤷
