1.Blood Flow Enhancement Sets – A blood flow engorge set is simply 3-4 sets of a Bicep Exercise Followed by 3-4 Sets of a Triceps Exercise. For example, one would do 3 sets of preacher curls with 10-12 reps per set with 1 minute rest between sets. Then immediately after the 3 sets are complete, you would do 3-4 sets of Triceps Rope Extensions in the same manner. You would do this with all your exercises until you’ve finished your arm workout. This will flood the arms with blood and help increase the size and fullness of the arm. A good rule is 12-13 sets for biceps and 12-13 sets for triceps. 🩸 🩸
2.Dedicate a Single Day to Arm Training – Most guys make the mistake of training arms with a body-part, for example Chest/Triceps or Back/Biceps. Truth be told, you can build your arms much quicker by dedicating a single day to arm training in which you use the Blood Enhancement Sets mentioned above.
