I think I’m just “Overloaded” with nonsensical information (Like the Answers to a Jeopardy Episode) and because of this, my brain just can’t absorb or retain more. 🧠
But… Mental Health and specifically cognition, memory, and the ability to articulate is important and if there is anything I can do to help improve it then I will.
An October 2022 study at The University of Texas Health Science Center right here in San Antonio showed that:
“People whose Blood Cells Contained High Concentrations of Omega-3 Fatty Acids Were found to haveBetter Brain Structure and Cognitive Function.”
1 - Eat Cold Water Fish, Nuts and Certain Plant Oils
2 - Eat Whole Eggs
3 - Supplement with a Fish Oil Supplement that has EPA, DHA, and ALA
The study which you can read by CLICKING HERE, showed that:
Researcher, Claudia Satizabal had this to say; “We don’t understand everything yet, but we show that, somehow, if you increase your consumption of omega-3s even by a little bit, you are protecting your brain.” 🤓
Now I’m not an expert on matters of the brain, but I do know that I need all the help I can get.
If taking a 3 Pure Essential Softgels per day will help improve my memory and help me think clearer, then you bet I’m going to take advantage it. 😎
