I’m a fairly disciplined guy when it comes to taking my Vitamins. I’ve followed the same routine for probably 15-20 years.
I jump out of bed (well maybe not jump as much as slog) brush my teeth, have a glass of cold water and then start making my first meal of the day. 🍳
This is always a few whole eggs with added egg whites and some Ezekiel toast.
Following my first meal of the day, I take my daily vitamins. 😊
I’vetaken a Multivitamin/Mineral for the last 15 years, but as I’ve gottenolder and as my training routine has advanced, I’ve added a few otherthings in for daily support. 💊 💊
Most of the additional items were added during COVID, I felt like there was a “Cheat Code”that nobody was talking about around the virus discussion which had todo with bolstering your immune system and giving your body all it neededfor what I call “Super-Charged Health.”
Here is a run-down of what I now take daily and what has kept me pretty darn healthy well into my late 40’s. 💪
I’m almost positive that if you add these to your daily routine your health will be “Super-Charged” as well.
1. Body Armor or Diva Daily
Thisis a full spectrum natural vitamin and mineral supplement that givesyour body everything it needs for optimized health. Many of themicro-nutrients in these two products are missing in most people’sdiet. Especially if you’re not getting in enough nutrients through food (common for people on weight loss programs, think Semaglutide!)
2Capsules of Body Armor (if you’re a man,) or 2 Capsules of Diva Daily(if you’re a woman) will ensure you get everything you need.
2. Vitamin D3
Theimportance of Vitamin D3 for both men and women cannot be overstated.It has been proved to reduce inflammation, boost immunity, strengthenbones, promote heart health, optimize hormone levels and do much more.This is an absolute must, and I can feel a difference when I don’t takeit daily.
I use 5000iu/ day, but you can adjust your dose based on what you feel is best for you.
3. Pure Essentials EFA Complex
Thisis an Essential Fat Complex that I use daily. Essential Fats arenecessary as we don’t always get them in the foods we eat, and we don’tproduce them in our body. Getting older requires you keep an eye onheart health and essential fats are essential to helping one achievethis. Along with brain health, skin health and nerve health, essentialfats play a massive role in helping your body stay healthy and well.
I take 3-4 softgels daily with food but you can adjust your dose based on your needs.
In addition to the above, I use 2000-3000mg of Vitamin C and a digestive support product daily. That pretty much ensures<> I’m getting all I need in the form of vitamins, minerals, fats, and essential supplements. 👍
