Read This to Keep the Fat OFF!

Well... Turkey Day is quickly approaching and with it all the food, football, and family you could want. (In that order exactly!) 🤫

It’s around this time of year that we all tend to pack on a little more fluff than we’d like. 

It’s not anyone’s fault… Afterall, who can resist fresh baked pie, turkey, dressing and all the other goodness that comes with a holiday meal. 😋

The problem is those holiday meals tend to continue over days and months until low and behold we’re looking down at our waist realizing we put on an extra 15lbs at the end of it all.

So… with that in mind I’ve put together 3 Holiday Fat Loss Hacks that will help you stay lean, reduce the accumulation of bodyfat, and help keep you in check over the next 6-8 weeks. 🫡

I’ll be releasing 1 Hack every other day this week that will help mitigate some of the “Holiday Cheer” that reflects on your waist this year. (Hey That Rhymes)

  Holiday Hack #1  
  Set a goal to do 30 minutes of  “Non-Traditional” cardio 6 out of  the 7 days of the week!  

This is a ridiculously simple and effective strategy that will not only help keep fat off but will also potentially help you get leaner! 

When I know I’m going to be consuming more food than normal I always bump up my cardio during that time period. 🙋‍♂️

Two Things Usually Happen:

  1. I tend to eat less because I’ve already invested the effort into my body and that keeps me somewhat accountable.
  2. I start to feel myself getting leaner and I don’t’ really want to lose the momentum that I’m building…. Therefore, I end up eating less.

Another thing that happens is that the body tends to accept “Overindulging”a little bit, the negative effects tend to be minimized because of all the cardio you’re doing. 🚴

It’s a simple, effective, and full-proof strategy.  

Also, Try doing something “Non-Traditional” as I noted. 

Sometimes routine cardio tends to get boring and stale. Trying something new like “Hot Yoga,” “Kickboxing,” or “Hiking” will transform your thoughts about cardio and help keep you motivated.
