And just like that it’s 2023! I don’t know about you my friend, but I thoroughly enjoyed the Holiday Season.

You name it and it was on the menu. (BBQ, Tamales, Cookies, Cheesecake, Chocolate Cake…) 
The list goes on and to be honest I’m not all that “Ashamed” of it.

You see, I’ve come to a point in my life where I realized balance is important. I know it’s important to workout, eat right and drink plenty of water, but I also know there’s a time to enjoy life’s pleasures as well.

I’m not one of those Zero Tolerance guys that eliminates sugar and fat for the holidays while jumping into a bucket of ice first thing in the morning…

No, far from it. I’m a guy who knows how to have fun, relax, and of course get down to business when it’s time to strip off the fat.  😎 💪

I’m the guy who can enjoy cake but who also knows when it’s time to push on the breaks and reign the diet back in. 🐽🐽

So... when it comes time to get down to business and shedding fat, I have 3 things I do to “Break Back into the Zone!”
